Where is Embassy Skateboards based?
We’re proudly based in Texas, the birthplace of skate legend John “Tex” Gibson and the roots of our entire brand. All gear ships from our Texas HQ.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 2–3 business days. Domestic shipping (USA) typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping ranges from 7–21 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and shipping timeframes are calculated at checkout. Customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition. Custom decks and opened DVDs are final sale.
How do I become a retailer or stockist?
We’d love to hear from you. Use our contact form and select “Wholesale/Stockist Inquiry”. We’ll follow up with dealer information.
How do I join the Embassy skate team
We only sponsor skaters who live and breathe the culture. Tag us on Instagram @EmbassySkateboards and show us your best clips. We scout based on style, consistency, and attitude.
I have a question about my order. What do I do?

Do you offer custom decks or artist collabs?
Sometimes. If you’re an artist or brand with a strong vision aligned with our identity, reach out via the contact page with your concept.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may restock, but most of our decks and apparel are limited runs. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
